HoCo Habitat Seeks Family For Build To Start In August

HoCo Habitat is looking for a family to help for its next build.  They expect to finish their current home by early August, and would like to start another build soon after.
They qualify families based on need (inadequate shelter, overcrowding, paying too much for rent), ability to pay (steady income to repay a 20-year no-interest loan at $320 per month. For example, a family of 4 would earn $1,600 to $3,200 a month), and willingness to partner (contribute 500 hours of “Sweat Equity” in the project).

For more information on homeowner qualifications, visit www.hocohabitat.org. For an application, visit www.hocohabitat.org/qualify.htm.
