Lane Southern Orchards

Georgia Children’s Museum

Summer Enrichment Program: “Our Perfect Planet.” 
June 22 – 26 and July 6 – 10, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. 
 
Children will learn all aspects of the planet and celebrate the world around them through arts and crafts, music, dance, acting, sports, and more!  Each day's activities focus on different aspects of our world: Monday is Earth; Tuesday is North America; Wednesday is the United States; Thursday is Georgia; and Friday is Macon.  Cost: $175 per child for members; $200 per child for non-members.  Open to children grades 1 – 6.

MidSummer Macon

MidSummer Macon’s Arts Discovery and Junior Arts Discovery Day Camps expose young students to five major art disciplines: music, dance, theater, visual arts, and creative writing. Regardless of the student's level of experience, classes emphasize creativity while teaching the fundamental skills and concepts used in all disciplines. 
Classes may include drawing, painting, clay, creative movement, creative writing, storytelling, music, acting, dance, puppetry, or miming.  Sessions are non-repetitive.  Campers bring a sack lunch and drink.  A mid-afternoon snack and recreational activities are provided each day.
 
Arts Discovery Day Camp
(Ages 5 – 9)
Location: Saint Paul's Episcopal Church, 753 College Street in Macon.
Dates: Session 1:  June 8 – 12;
Session 2:  June 15 – 19; Session 3:  June 22 – 25. 
Cost: $125 per week

Kingdom Impact

Camp Impact (June 1 – July 31)
 
Ages: Kindergarten – 5th grade.
Times: Programs run from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 
Camp Impact opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 5:30 p.m.
Location: New Hope International
Cost: $125/child per week (includes field trips and meals).  $25 non-refundable registration fee per family.
 
Camp Impact activities will include Specialty camps at Kingdom Impact’s recreation facility.
 
 
Kingdom Impact Specialty Camps
June 1 and 2:  Cheer Camp for ages
4 – 12, 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. 
Bring sack lunch; $45 per camper. 
 
June 3 and 4:  School Team Stunt Camp from 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  Bring sack lunch; $25 per camper.
 

Fort Valley State University

Summer Kids University (June 1 – 26)
 
 
Ages: 6 to 14
Times: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.; before and after care is available 7 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. for an additional $55 per week.
 Cost: Early bird registration is $149 per week; after May 16, the cost will be $189 per week. Parents are required to attend one of two orientation sessions: May 16 at 11 a.m. or May 30 at 11 a.m.
 
Summer Kids University day camp will offer children activities such as dance, tennis, and crafts alongside fun classes in science, math, reading development, journalism, fashion design, and art, to name a few!  Each week, students will have the opportunity to sign up for different classes.
